We recently closed on a commercial property located at 1113-1115 Logan St, Louisville, KY 40204, just six doors south of Logan Street Market. The area has experienced rapid growth in recent years, making it an ideal location for commercial opportunities.

Client Background

About a year ago, a friend and local real estate investor approached me with this opportunity. He had secured a great deal on the property and sought my advice on its best use. We discussed the potential of the area and decided to partner on the project.

The rezoning process required significant effort, including holding neighborhood meetings, working closely with engineers, and coordinating with city officials. After months of work, we successfully secured the C-1 zoning change in August.

Outcome

With the purchase now complete, we will proceed with updates to the retail space and begin leasing the buildings to various businesses.
