Over the last few weeks, the project has hit several major milestones: ✅ Plumbing rough-in completed ✅ Electrical rough-in completed ✅ Building inspection approved ✅ Insulation installed ✅ Drywall underway ✅ Storefront glass and framing in progress ✅ Utility coordination moving forward with LG&E and the water company This phase of the project shows how much coordination goes into a commercial redevelopment before the visible progress happens.
