I recently completed a landlord representation assignment alongside my colleague, Harrison Glauber, for a multitenant center located at 5905 New Cut Rd, Louisville, KY 40214. My clients, long-time owners of the center, have relied on me to secure tenants over the years.
Strategic Insights
When the center’s largest space, approximately 4,600 square feet, became available, my clients reached out for assistance. Harrison and I brainstormed potential uses and developed a strategic plan to target businesses that would be a good fit for the space.
Marketing & Outreach
We dedicated significant time to canvassing the area, personally visiting businesses to introduce ourselves and share information about the vacancy. Harrison also leveraged an existing relationship with a local business owner, who showed immediate interest after touring the space.
Negotiation Process
We quickly entered lease negotiations with Harrison’s contact, reaching an agreement that was attractive to all parties. The lease was fully executed soon thereafter, paving the way for the new tenant to move in.
Outcome
We’re excited to see the store open soon and plan to be regular patrons! This transaction highlights the impact of a well-connected and experienced team in expediting the leasing of vacant spaces.
