I was tasked with subleasing the remaining space to another retailer.

My client, a large Domino’s franchisee with over 120 locations across three states, recently acquired the rights to all stores in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and aimed to add six new stores within 24 months.
I assisted my clients in leasing approximately 10,500 SF of flex industrial space on 1.2 acres at 2420 Holloway Rd, Louisville, KY 40299, located in Bluegrass Industrial Park. The clients run a long-standing family business that had to relocate quickly due to their previous building being sold and the new owner opting not to renew the lease.
