This prime location is near a heavily trafficked intersection, making it a pivotal point within Louisville’s burgeoning retail corridor at Preston Highway and Outer Loop.

I recently helped my client secure a Single Tenant Net Lease property at 10115 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272. The building is well-positioned on a hard corner with favorable C-2 zoning.
