The property was part of a larger development with several restrictions imposed by Walmart and the original developer, which included business uses, building types, and parking regulations.
The property located at 4140 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219, comprises just over 110,000 square feet of retail space situated on 12.5 acres of land. This prime location is near a heavily trafficked intersection, making it a pivotal point within Louisville’s burgeoning retail corridor at Preston Highway and Outer Loop.
