In another recent transaction, I just completed a lease for prime retail space along 10th St in Jeffersonville, IN. My clients are multi-location franchisees for a national smoothie brand and have specific site selection requirements.

Last week, I also completed a retail lease for a roughly 4,000-square-foot second-generation restaurant in a high-traffic retail corridor in Louisville’s East End. My clients operate a multi-location franchise and were attracted to the space because of its functional interior layout and fully built-out kitchen featuring a 20-foot hood system.

Throwback to a landlord representation assignment I recently completed with one of my colleagues, Harrison Glauber. My clients have owned a multitenant center located at 5905 New Cut Rd, Louisville, KY 40214, for many years, and I’ve helped them secure tenants in the past.
