Last week, I also completed a retail lease for a roughly 4,000-square-foot second-generation restaurant in a high-traffic retail corridor in Louisville’s East End. My clients operate a multi-location franchise and were attracted to the space because of its functional interior layout and fully built-out kitchen featuring a 20-foot hood system.

The center’s owners, successful entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry, thoroughly evaluated our concept. I helped my clients address the landlord’s questions and concerns, which led to securing a favorable long-term lease.

This coming week, my clients will begin preparing the space for their grand opening later this year. I’m excited to add this new restaurant to our list of favorite date night spots!
